Key Teachers is an Education based Consultancy working nationwide. We specialise in all Education based roles from TA to Principal and Caretaker to HR Manager.
We work across all age ranges within the state and fee paying sectors in England and Wales. Our focus is to provide a top class service and represent the best candidates within the space. We aim to build partnership-based relationships with our clients and candidates, working hard to ensure that all expectations and requirements are met.

Our rigorous process involves identifying clients who not only have posts that meet your needs on a superficial level, but also demonstrate a cultural fit and a commitment to your medium to long term needs.
We take Vetting and Screening very seriously. Before commencing work with any of our clients we will need to make sure that we have obtained references, proof of Right To Work and additional checks (overseas, QTS web etc.) as appropriate. This will be communicated to the client at the earliest possible moment to ensure that they are happy to proceed with the appointment. In order for this to work as smoothly as possible, we request your assistance with the timely collection of this information.

Meet Our Founder
I spent my formative years in Cornwall before pursuing a degree in History at University in Bristol. I found myself drawn to the world of recruitment, where I've now amassed over 12 years of experience. Starting as a trainee, I worked my way up to become a Director in a recruitment firm before joining Bamber Education.
My journey in recruitment is fuelled by a desire for camaraderie, competitiveness, and providing for my family. While deal-making still excites me, I find greater fulfilment in nurturing the growth of others, both professionally and personally. Marrying my wife and becoming a father has profoundly shaped my outlook, motivating me to strive for excellence in both my professional and personal life. I prioritize approachability, honesty, and fostering an enjoyable work environment.
Outside of work, I maintain a balanced lifestyle through my love for sports like football, rugby, and basketball, as well as indulging in live music, comedy, and dining out.
