Our Story
We set out to do things differently. From day one, we built our business on relationships — with schools, with teachers, and with the communities they serve. Every consultant we hire has a background in education. Every candidate we register is vetted with the same rigour we'd apply to our own children's school.
Today, we work with over 300 schools across England, from rural village primaries to large inner-city secondaries. But our approach hasn't changed: we take the time to understand your school, your culture, and your children — and we only put forward candidates we'd be proud to recommend.
